In doing a little more digging about old family friend Dixie Carroll, I ran across this - his baseball card from the 1922 Los Angeles Angels of the Pacific Coast League. Dixie was an Angel, and I never knew this before.

Not yet, the 60 to 91 segment was completed in 1970 and the 91 to 5/22 segment was completed in 1975.

I remember going to games in 1974, and seeing the 57 construction going on.
