I think the Boston announcer in a recent game vs the Angels described Escobar pretty well when he said Escobar doesn't play the game the right way.  His mistakes seem to suggest that he isn't focused on what he is doing.  I think he could be a better player.

Props to the Angels for timing this awful losing streak during the Olympics so I have something else to watch and get my mind off the team
