Should the Angels pursue Yasiel Puig?

Low risk, high reward

Apparently the Dodgers think his risk is high and his reward is only worthy of the minor leagues.

BTW..the Dodgers couldn't move him because their asking price was too high for those that may have been interested otherwise he'd be gone. So he wasn't a bargain..if he had been a bargain as some here think, why wasn't he dealt?

Puig is still a Dodger, Mattingly is not.  I hope Puig becomes an Angel. It would Trout who be working with Puig.

I dont buy that argument. In LA, for a good stetch, puig was surrounded by a hollywood party of whos whos. Kemp, kershaw, grienke, agon, hanley, etc etc. A coaching staff with legends like mattingly and mcgwire....trout wouldnt have any more effect.

The guys a hard head...like manny, but more prick than kid, and far less twlent or pedigree. Manny wore out his welcome in boston....in boston...where he was a hero and oje of the top 5 hitters in the game for a decade. Puig wore out his welcome in LA where he was a top ten player for a half a season.
