Silver lining, at least Street is stinking it up and showing he should't be a closer anymore during a season in which the Angels aren't going anywhere. Would be worse if he was stinking it up and blowing games when the team was in the middle of contending

Prior to today's stellar outing, his ERA was a paltry 4.57!

I have no problem with Street going out there trying to increase his trade value but he should have been pulled when it was very clear that he was struggling.

Oh well. This season is lost anyway.

I did not suggest that the game be protested. I just made an observation.  Actual Farrell should get an assist for getting kicked out in place of Pedroia.
