He's just a Jeff Juden, Black Jack and any other formerly good pitcher the Angels have signed or traded for in hopes they still had something. Just a desperation move.

They paid him a couple million to perform like a number four starter, he hasn't.  Arte doesn't really deserve to find lightning in a bottle.
