If I remember right, didn't the Angels invite some Indian sharmen to Angel Stadium back in the late 60s or early 70s to preform a sacred ritual to drive off evil spirits? There were rumors that the stadium had been built on an ancient Indian burial ground, and the spirits of those that were buried there had been disturbed and were haunting the Angels.

If things keep going the way they are so far this year may be we need to preform another ceremony. Sure wouldn't hurt.

football and basketball players don't seem to have near the amount of superstitions that baseball players have, which is a pretty impressive list of things. 

but as many as baseball players are known to have, i think hockey players have even more. some pretty insane stories out there.
