I would move Santiago to the pen honestly. Though I'm hoping Santiago turns it around so we can trade him at the deadline for prospects. 

A lefty that was an all-star last season and is cost controlled through next season could bring something back, ESPECIALLY if he performs well.

With Lincecum on the roster they should probably change back to to old logo for the Salt Lake affiliate.

There's a couple weeks to decide still, but at this point, Santiago to the pen, bumping Mahle or Alvarez.

Only thing is, that suddenly leaves us with no lefties in the rotation. Weaver, Chacin, Shoemaker, Lincecum, Tropeano. 

Pretty crazy considering how we all thought we could field an all-lefty rotation this year.

Tacoma is a happening place nowadays. They've cleaned it up quite a bit. Tons of new bars, eateries and stores too.

Yeah, the paper mills really put out a putrid smell years ago. It was one of those places that you smelled long before you saw it and it didn't dissipate until you were long on the way to either Portland or Seattle.

Move Weaver to the pen. He'd be effective for an inning or two mid-game. Third time through the order, hitters that were seeing 90+ would be flailing at his 75 mph offerings.

Santiago, Tropeano, Shoemaker, Chacin, Lincecum. If Shoe reverts to awful, move Jered back in.

By the way, how many more weeks before Skaggs returns?

I will be at the game in Reno when he pitches for the second and final time in AAA on Tuesday. Should be interesting
