I'm pretty simplistic when it comes to this. Mustard, mustard and relish, ketchup, or chili and cheese. I've never been into onions, peppers.or sauerkraut.

I like to throw on some spicy horseradish mustard, melt some cheese on top, with a slice of bacon and some tomato.  Of course, the chili, cheese and onions is fantabulous as well.  Those are my two go-to hot dogs.

Although, there is a Hot Dog Shoppe close by where some dude from Chicago has something like 50-75 variations and styles of hot dogs. Place is impressive being I have never been a big hot dog guy.
