Holy hell. Pennington and Giavotella in the same lineup for three months? Bloody hell.

How is Cowart going at 2B at AAA? And Kubitza? I know Cowart can't hit and Kubitza isn't much better but they're still sure to provide more offensively than Pennington.

Honestly, as much as Simmons has done or hasn't done for the Angels thus far.. it's not a huge loss. Minor at best.

Only a minor loss because the Angel's chances of competing for a title are slim to none, you mean? I don't see how losing Simmons is only a minor loss at best otherwise.

We surely cannot play Escobar at SS. It's beyond belief he lasted as long as he did there when he's so poor defensively, there is no way he can go back now.
