Oh, and avert the sweep -- a theme that seems to crop up about every third game recently.

Gubi is talking about how Tropeano has some bad mechanics.  I was actually thinking that before he said it.  I admit to not having watched many of Tropeano's games.  Is he always like this?

And replace him with whom?  Calhoun is hitting 2nd today.  This is only a valid argument when you have better players. I guess you could put Cron there but Albert has just a good of chance of going on shot streak as Cron has.  Cron has 4 extra base hits this year.

Been dealing with some personal issues the past couple of weeks so haven't really paid attention, but why in the hell did Ortega get sent down?
