Possibly a bullpen game Rasmus, Altuve until they get to the later innings. Watch to see if Shoe makes his start tomorrow in AAA. If he is pulled then that's a bad sign, because he can only be called back to Anaheim in case of injury for 10 days.

Exactly, and it also brings into question whether he was cramping up also.

So we're already down Skaggs and Heaney to injuries and set backs and now Richards. Good thing we traded Newcomb for a guy who hits like a pitcher

Newcomb has 17 walks in 25.1ip at AA.  He wouldn't be helping for jack squat.  Chris Ellis has been terrific though.  29.1ip, 19h, 10bb, 22k.  

The guy that we could use right now is Michael Clevinger.  At AAA 24.2ip, 20h, 12bb, 25k.  2.92era.

This is getting to be where one can only laugh.

At the rate they are going, they will  be calling up guys from A+ ball by September to fill in the rotation.

I have never, EEEVER seen so many pitchers be on the DL so early in the season.
