A college classmate posted this on Facebook. This was mail sent to her grandmother in a very official looking envelope, boldly stamped "Notice of Delinquency" in red on the outside. The contents are a solicitation for donations to the Republican National Committee.

If this works.  Maybe the US government will send out those notices.  Illinois is probably already looking into sending it to everyone.

My grandmother was a registered democrat and got similar stuff from them as well. I remember one that was trying to tell her that she would no longer be receiving her medication or something similar.

What is interesting I googled it and every single article is referencing that one letter.  Makes me think it is fake.
