Sanchez hit a homer to tie up the Yankee game.

They have a very exciting young core.  Frazier, Judge (yes bring up his numbers since the ASG), Sanchez, and if any of their prospects like Sheffield, Adams, or Torres can deliver on the hype, they're going to be very good for a while.

Granted the guys in the majors aren't exactly proven and established, but the promise is definitely there.

Altuve, the 2010's answer to 1970's Moe Jorgan

Same small stature and huge production at 2B

Only difference is Altuve hitting right handed.

Makes up for the Astros stupidly trading Jorgan after 1971 to the Reds for a decent slugger in Lee May and basically dreck otherwise.

The Dodgers' story has moved into the realm of the absurd.

A rookie catcher in his first ML at-bat delivered a walk-off two-run double in the 11th inning. He was the last position player left and was hitting for the pitcher.

Magical for sure, but the magic is bound to run out.

That and wtf are the Giants doing with Dyson? Yikes. There's a reason why the Rangers dumped him.

Dodgers 40-6 in their last 46 games. Two of those losses were to the Angels.

20-2 in their last 22.

Best record in their franchise history after 106 games.

If they don't get to the Series this year, there will be recriminations.

Getting to the series is still a tall order in the NL

They'll lose in the first round.
