That and actually be good at your job. Colin Kaepernick is not a very good quarterback and coupled with his salary demand in the off season he shut himself out of the NFL.

If he was Tom Brady good he could deflate footballs and still demand and get a multi year contract. But he is Kaepernick, a guy that lost his starting job before the knee incident so his stock isn't high enough to go against Jim Brown's advice.

It's not collusion if 30 teams don't want a marginal player that brings baggage with him. It business.

this is the proper assessment. all the social activists that are up in arms don't seem to understand that kap stopped being a good NFL QB a couple of seasons ago. they're only seeing one side to this issue, and it's the side that supports their agenda.
