Hear them in my attic. ****ers. Calling the exterminator in the morning. Anyone have experience with rats (not inside the house) in the walls and attic? How quickly can they be destroyed?

Do not use poison! It takes a long time for dead rat smell to completely break down. You'll want to trap them

That sucks. We had them (or some other animal) in the walls at our last home. Creepy shit when you hear them walking along.

When we moved into this house we found out it was inhabited by bunch of mice in the walls and attic. You could hear them running around everywhere. The previous owners psycho kids had a snake and drilled holes in the wall to turn loose mice then the snake to chase them.  

 

What the cat didn't catch the rat poison did but yeah, dead mice stink for a while.

better than nothing, but it was basically just grep on steroids.

the stuff i developed blew it out of the water.
