As co-GM, Sosh demanded that all data analysis be presented to him on edible paper.

 

Sosh doesn't use paper, he's a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Computer Science.  He uses an IBM computer and punch cards.

Ok, so the guy they hired is in charge of not just getting the results but sharing them in a way that everyone can understand, not that Mike can't understand complicated statistics.
