Whats the deal with Weaver, Callaspo, Madson, Aybar? Also, who goes down when these guys get back? Jimenez and Harris have definately earned their spots.

Hopefully, Weaver will be back in mid May.

• 3B Alberto Callaspo (strained right calf) went on the 15-day disabled list retroactive to April 12. Maybe he'll be back around April 26th?

• RHP Ryan Madson (Tommy John surgery in April 2012) went on the 15-day disabled list retroactive to March 22. He threw a simulated game April 19. He might be able to begin a rehab assignment during the week of April 22-28, and the Angels hope Madson can return to the active roster in early to mid-May.

Lucho has earned PT over Callaspo, at least until he cools off. The guy just makes things happen.

 

Hopefully Aybar doesn't go back to the top of the order when he's back.

Want to see Aybar back. When Callaspo returns it will be interesting to see if they find room to keep Jimenez who definitely has earned his keep. Weaver get well soon.

Figures that we get the pitcher who will likely take LONGER to come back from TJ surgery than the average length of time.
