Worst movies youve ever seen

Recommended Posts

There are obviously some really terrible movies. Generally though, the frequent somewhat informed movie-goer will avoid them. Gigli, for example is not a movie I'd ever watch.

The worst movie I've ever seen - one in which I had at least some basic expectations that it would be worth seeing - is The Devil's Own, with Brad Pitt and Harrison Ford. It is truly a remarkable POS.

i will defend musical theater and great movie musicals until i die. someone has to be the voice of entertainment class around here. i nominate myself.

Whenever "Singing in the Rain" comes on, my daughter and I watch it together.  When I used to work in a corporate office, I would greet co-workers some mornings by belting out "Good morning, good morning......"

Agreed. I haven't watched half the shit mentioned. As mentioned, there needs to be expectation or circumstance.

I'd have to ask the better half because she knows more and picks worse than I do. But movies that come to mind we've seen and hated:

Mad Max

A million ways to die in the west (sister was in town and wanted to see it, we got what we expected and she liked it)

Ted 2 (terrible follow up to great first movie)

All the Hangovers after the first one. We expected the third to be the let down it was after the shit 2nd.

The artsy Scarlett Johansson flick where she ****s and kills random people.

Outside of that, when I had more time I went through a Red Box phase where if the cover of the dvd looked cool and the synopsis was good I'd grab it. So many shit action movies that I ended up stop grabbing movies altogether. The last I remember was some Kevin Costner hitman movie called 3 days to kill or some shit. I'm a sicker for the one man army action flicks and get burned a bit.
