That's even better than the 2012 one, especially with how big of a game this is and the time of the season.

The 2012 one was an amazing play but looked more impressive because the wall is so short in Baltimore. The fact he made a catch so far above the much higher wall in the Big A is extremely impressive.

I think we should pump the brakes on claiming hat was better than the 2012 catch.  The difficulty level on that one was SOOOO much higher than this one was.  It's really the circumstance that makes that one special.  Without it, this game is over and essence, so may the Angels season.

2012 was still better and more spectacular. This one was better than the HR robbing catch he made against the White Sox in 2012 and better than the Fielder HR rob to end the game a few years ago.

 

The impressive thing about this catch was he made that look pretty easy. Dude has some serious hops
