Respectfully disagree. These people are more akin to enemy soldiers than they are to criminals. 

I understand where you're coming from but we still don't know if these guys are even related to the marathon bombings. Shoot first and ask questions later is probably not the best way to proceed in this situation.

 

It's always easier to gather intel from someone who is breathing than from someone who is not.

 

Edit: If the police/feds are in immediate threat, then by all means they should defend themselves.
