Cold War Kids opened for them? That's an awesome ticket. Saw them play in Downtown Santa Ana (we went backstage and stole some of their beer whoops).

Franklin is pretty great, its where we wanted to move originally but the market there went insane. Median price went from the high 400s to almost 1M in 5 years.

Williamson County there is an incredible school district, and one of the most affluent counties in the nation.
