The rape argument was a driving force in Roe v wade. Abortion was supposed to be seldom used for cases of rape ,incest , and life of the mother. In dwarfed into a million baby a year population control mechanism. The overwhelming majority of abortions don’t fall into these 3 categories.

What do you think is the significance of the borders of the state of Texas or California.  Do you imagine these are significantly homogenous places ?
