I think this is one of those times when that doesn't really matter.  It does not change the meaning of her comment in the least.

Do you know the context of her comment? Because it wasn't what the Tweet was portraying it to be. Seems to me the author of the Tweet is guilty of what they are accusing her of.

As for the first part, I don't think there is any context that could support what she said.
