Prince Mansour bin Muqrin, the deputy governor of Asir province, was travelling with several officials when the helicopter crashed, Al-Ikhbariya news channel said.

Of course this has been the plan all along. His dad will abdicate once he’s sure all the mechanisms are in place. 

I’ve spent a lot of time over here in the past 20 years and this week is the first time I’ve heard the locals talk openly about what’s going on in the kingdom. I think he’ll have pretty wide support going forward

He threw the populace a bone with his relaxation of driving restrictions for women and encouraging more women to enter University and find employment. Now he is defining enemies of the people to sew patriotism by pointing a finger at corruption and evil inside and outside of the kingdom. 

He has a deft hand at politics at such a young age. He is a dangerous man for the US to ally with.
