Yes. If Coach O wins its almost a given. The insiders there think so. If he is,there will be some minor changes to the staff. Recruits & current players want Coach O. He has gotten some big endorsements from USC legends like Lott, Munoz, Allen to name a few.

Interesting on Kaaya and Rosen.  Word in Bruin circles that they are high on the Bruins.

 

Bruin coaches have backed off Kaaya though because he doesn't fit the system.

 

Rosen wants to go to Furd but they haven't offered him.

His high school situation is weird. Goes to a small school. Heard they couldnt play a few games due to #'s. I could be wrong. USC landed his 2 teammates last yr DL Kenny Bigelow & OL Khalil Rodgers. Sills is now 6'4 190. As far as i know his commitment is still honored

Edit- his was offered by Auburn, Clemson, Virginia Tech this fall

I was assured that if USC wanted him that he would end up as the coach and that there was no way he'd stay at A&M rather than head to USC.

If I'm the coach, I call that young man over and invite him to have a seat for the rest of the game. There just isn't any reason whatsoever to ever drop the ball while crossing the goal line, and nonsense like that can nullify the hard work the team has put in on the drive. Not acceptable, ever.

Looks like we'll keep Ed O & Tee Martin and look outside the program for a HC imo. Silver lining from last night lol

I applaud Coach O & the Staff for keeping this season afloat when they could have bagged it in after the asu game. Great games were played and a 9-10 win season after all the bs I'll have to settle for that. We'll get some guys back healthy and another solid recruiting class & a new HC. Fight On!

Clay Helton's name being thrown around as leading candidate for Florida's open OC position. Why Florida doesn't go after Mike Norvell is beyond me.

Norvell has done a great job.

 

I don't think Petersen is the big name he used to be.  I would also be surprised if he took the job.

 

I guess if he were to leave, now is the time.  Going to be hard to recruit to BSU now that they are playing like crap.

Yes, Gruden is apparently on the table still. I just know a guy who knows a guy close to the program. Wont say who. Gruden is the white whale of the cfb coaching world and personally think he doesn't bite.

I think Peterson rejects if offered.

We'll see what happens. I think it gets done within a week or 2.
