It's April all over again. Get the excuses ready.

Angels are more streaky and prone to momentum swings than most teams due to their disinclination to use tools like scouting reports. That means it takes longer to get going following any break in everyday baseball activtiy. That's also my theory on why they often do well in the regular season but routinely get eliminated in the first round of the playoffs.
