These guys have got to get shots through to the net. Spent the whole game banking shots off their defenders. Oh well, at least we got the 1 hopefully we can get the 2nd one here in OT. Jets have played us tough.

The injuries are clearly catching up with us, the offense looks so flat and it has to be in large part because our second line is gone.

I thought they played a very passive game. Not much of a forecheck, no body getting in front of the net and like I said a bunch of times already. They were taking awful shots. at least they played pretty well defensively. I thought Depres looked good in his game back. I thought Lindholm looked kind of out of sorts several times. Gibson was good, but the last goal was kind of weak sauce. He needs to do better with rebound control generally.

Ehh that last shot was a rocket that Gibson fought off. Just unlucky that it went in. Most of the time it goes in the corner or out of play and it's a good save

Maybe you saw it better then i did. I haven't seen any replays. From where I saw it looked like he misplayed it and it bounced up and behind him.

Cogliano is great at a lot of things. Shooting is a skill he lacks lol. I feel like he's basically alone on a break away every other game. Doesn't work out very often:

He's the weakest link on the shutdown line to me tho. Kesler and Silf are much more physical and at least can do something with the puck when they have it. Cogs has the speed, sure. He hasn't done much with it though. Even his skating has gone down a bit this season.

Cogs is insanely physical, he is fast and he is a pest.  Dude has been dominant defensively.
