Rakell played wing quite a bit in juniors.  Many fans wanted this a while ago.  With the center depth the Ducks have, it could be a good idea.  Raks is a good possession player, which bodes well for that line.

Last night was very frustrating. Great 1st period but after that meh. Dominated in the second period. What else is new? Then some resurgence in the 3rd. Absolutely laughable that we couldn't stick it to Edmonton though. I know we got a point but damn.

Most of the time, they look good.  Then they seem to lose focus and well, the other team scores on a breakaway.

Is there any playoff caliber team that is worse at scoring from their forwards shooting. Almost all of our goals are from Defense guys or pucks bouncing around in front of the net.

 

3 on 3 is a shooters skills competition and we don't have the guns.

i think getz needs to just not be out for 3on3 for a while.

I cant believe I wasted my Friday night at the Honda Center watching that bullshit.  How the **** are the Ducks so bad this year?  We lost freaking Beleskey, Etem, and Palmieri and somehow we forgot to play hockey without them?  WTF???

Perry and to a lesser extend, Stewart, are the only guys on this team with a hot hand right now. They're both doing a great job of creating scoring chances. I really hope Ritchie adds some much needed energy to the lineup.

We lost Chris Wagner to the Avs. They picked him up off waivers. I'm really pissed about this. He was a strong physical player. Gave so much energy out there. ****ing a, Ducks.

That's probably a bit of an overreaction but I'm still confused as to how/why we allowed it to happen. He seemed to be waived for no particular reason and losing him really isn't ideal.
