I disagree. We have serious pieces that are under-performing. 

 

This. The talent is there. The execution is not. These players have shown flashes of the brilliance they're capable of. Even this year we've had a few epic catches from Trout and Calhoun, and some amazing plays, and some good hitting, and some great pitching. It's just not gelling for them and they're not playing to their potential.

 

A closed door meeting is probably going to happen soon, if it hasn't already - but at this point IMHO they need to look at a new batting coach, or co-coach. I love Baylor, but he's not helping them get over their blocks right now. A fresh perspective from someone, even if they're just brought in temporarily to help Baylor, might help them figure out what's going wrong.
