Cool vid, watched the whole thing, I like how many things it can do, truly an engineering feat of it's own.

 

The only thing that bothers me is the weight of the case for things like the attached drill and table saws. It seems to me if you were to pull the drill down too hard, or push the through the table saw with too much ease, it might slide or wobble the toolbox unexpectedly, which could be kinda dangerous.

yeah, i can't imagine you can do very big projects that involve big pieces of wood with this, but for little things around the house it'd be great.

pretty neat.

i agree that it's probably better to have legit individual specialized tools, than a cool box with a bunch of smallish/less powerful tools.

but for small projects, looks pretty cool.

Neat idea, but its usefulness is severely limited by using batteries instead of AC power.  I've never had good luck with battery powered saws.

I used to say that about most cordless tools, but technology has come a long way in the last 10 years.

I own a bunch of 18V Milwaukee products, including a skill saw and sawzall, and it's all good stuff.

Looks cool.  But by the time I get whatever I needed set up, I would have had the job done with just a standard electric tool.  

 

Plus with the way it's set up.  Just can't see any durability to it.  I think the electric tools will be fine.  It's the box/accessories that don't seem very rugged.

Dude, couldn't agree more. Milwaukee products are pricey as hell but they're freaking awesome and the best IMO.

 

I have been tempted to buy the 6 tool combo kit, goes for about $700 bucks cause those things will last me for life.

Was an electrician in my teens, and I've seen 18V Milwaukee drills fall off a 6ft ladders dozens of times, nothing breaks, thing still works flawlessly, and they're powerful as hell.
