You gotta love the Mets. They get Clippard which is an upgrade over Familia at closer, so good deal right?

In the game today Clippard pitches the 8th for a hold and Familia gives up 3 in the 9th for the loss.

Also, they are the ones that balked on the Gomez trade saying they had concerns with his hip.

With all that starting pitching, maybe they just don't want to get to the post season.

I believe the Jays are trying to or they are kicking the Argo's (CFL team) out of the Rogers Center at the end of the year and want to get real grass in the stadium within the next couple years

I was reading that the loopy curve he through him was clocked at 50 and came back with a fastball at 85. Ryan said it looked like 110 after the curve.
