Ouch.  It's going to suck for e-cigarettes, but as an occasional cigar user, this sucks.  Although, I guess most cigars would be exempt since they would be grandfathered in.

Benjamin Angus Middendorf, 25, was charged with first-degree murder in the death of his older brother Thursday.
