I think that's the big thing that is preventing a national adoption.  And I'm actually surprised that there isn't an accurate test out there, besides the sniff test.  Once you have portable weed testers, along with very accurate station testers.  I think the movement to nationally legalize pot will gain traction.

More than likely, the higher range will be used first.  But if you find a high number of accidents, that number will be decreased.  Of course, if you get into a serious accident, like alcohol, they will test you and see if you have a trace amount in your system.  And like alcohol, they can use below the legal limit.

what do you mean by your last sentence?

Could only find non specific references to it.  But this is what I mean by if you have alcohol and get in a serious accident.

The blood alcohol limit is 0.08%, but you can also be charged regardless of blood alcohol amount if the police can prove you were affected by the alcohol. (And remember, regardless of DUI offences, in the US the legal drinking age is 21).

True, you could be charged with driving under the influence, but not driving with a BAC level over the legal limit (they are two different charges, as i'm sure you know)

that being said, any decent attorney can would have no problem fighting that charge

For $1-billion investment, Disney would be spared Anaheim tax for 30 years

A little-known pact that for years has spared Walt Disney Co. from paying entertainment tax on its Anaheim amusement parks may be extended for three decades if the entertainment giant agrees to invest at least $1 billion in its resort properties in the coming years.

Taiwan%20Fire-1.jpg?ve=1&tl=1

Investigators in Taiwan were focusing Monday on the possibility that a cigarette butt or spark caused the blaze that burned 498 people at a weekend water park party when colored powder sprayed from the stage caught fire.

More than 400 people remained hospitalized, including 202 in serious condition, city officials said. Taiwan's Central News Agency reported one death, a 20-year-old woman with burns to 90 percent of her body who was taken off life support with her family's consent. It said her 12-year-old brother also had burns on 90 percent of his body.

Police recommended criminal charges against the organizer of Saturday's party, as well as two technicians, at the Formosa Fun Coast theme park in suburban Taipei.
