Arch, the system that allows the employee a graduated series of chances to be a **** up without reprisal.

It takes about five years for a bad teacher to be actively monitored and reprimanded before they can be dismissed with cause. Most principles in socal are moved from site to site in five years or less. The process, if it stalls out once from a new administrator, gets a complete reset.

So a bad teacher can keep dodging being fired by just holding out and in the process gets to ruin the lives of a classroom year after year.

The process is broken.

In October, he’ll be the first bilateral amputee chosen to compete in the prestigious IronMan World Championship in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.

Unlucky lottery winner gets IOU from state of Illinois

The state’s biggest fiscal burden is underfunded retiree benefits, which account for up to 24% of general expenditures, according to Moody’s Investors Service, which rates the state at A3-negative.

Of course, it isn't looking good for California or NY also.
