Outstanding episode tonight!

Carrie's mistake of not ordering the drone strike when they had the chance has cost them dearly. Five high level terrorists returned, 38 lives lost, and embassey is closed. Well done.

Quinn should be in charge. He is the only one with the balls to make the right decisions.

anyone else surprised to see the ambassador's husband the next morning? my wife looked at me and said "so what did he do with the belt?"

Yeah, I agree, it was a good episode.

 

I was wondering the same thing as far as the belt.  Is he going to use it to try to escape?

 

Lockhart demonstrated that he had a heart by exchanging the names and himself for the hostages.  I didn't see that coming.

 

The preview looked interesting with Quinn looking like a one man assassin team.

Good to see Howard Gordon writing for Homeland again. Tonight's episode was excellent and you could see influence of his days from 24 in tonight's episode. Loved it, awesome to see Quinn go full on badass.

Was a nice change of pace from a thriller that keeps you guessing to nonstop 24 style action. 

The last 2 episodes should be great.

Anyone catch the Banghazi reference? When Lockhart and the ambassador were watching the news story about the embassy attack, the anchor said something like, "In a situation very similar to what happened in Benghazi..."

I believe they said "they're already calling it the next Benghazi."

I remember that scene now.  Right after they say that line, Lockhart's character turns and whispers into the camera "Thanks Angelswin" and gives a "thumbs up."

season finale on sunday night. should be very good.

I was wondering how they were going to write Carrie's dad out of the series because he passed away in real life.  Plus we got to see Brodie, errrrrrr, her baby once again.

Somewhat disappointed with the finale.

 

Will Quinn make it out alive?  Will Saul once again head the CIA?  How will Carrie deal with Saul?

 

Now that the dad is dead, I suppose the writers will develop a relationship between Carrie and her new found mother and brother.  Doesn't look interesting to me.

i thought the finale was boring. didn't reveal anything new to me other than carrie has a mom and a brother.

 

maybe some of you saw things i didn't see, but man, that was lackluster to say the least.
