All government regulations.  I worked as a banker at Wells Fargo for two years and the rules and regulations we had to follow were insane.  Ninety-five percent of the new regulations came about after the credit crunch/"Great Recession".  Before that it was a free-for all when it came to banking.

Different banks have different policies regarding cash.  It’s related to AML (anti money laundering) 

yv was always a huge dumb fuck so it’s not surprising she decided to go into the bank and pretend like it was unheard of to show ID.  Go to the ATM asshole.
