A's looking at being 7-3 vs the Angels. Statement being made

 

 

really though, you can't give away outs. Difference in this game is the defense gifting the A's 3 runs. The botched inning ending double play allowed the tying run to score, and then Howie unable to get a clean transfer to throw CAllaspo out leads to 2 runs

 

Of course, the offense once again is leaving the team NO room for error as they struggle to score runs again.

The thing that pisses me off the most is looking at the A's batters and seeing .230,.240,.157 batting avgs and these are the guys beating us.

This team doesn't understand that they have to make pitchers work the counts. They seem to believe their happy chappy swing the batty early and often strategy is going to eventually work.

Oakland makes a ton of errors. Just not against the Angels. Their defense steps up their game when they play their division rival.

Donaldson usually makes an error or two against us. That's the problem. We're not hitting it to Donaldson enough.
