Outside of the shit stirrers on Fox News and the right wing messaging puppet show it's not hard to find people who don't think the CDC director should be fired because a private hospital ****ed up the first case of Ebola in the US.

 

It would be nice if this country let scientists and experts do their job rather than find microphone and attempt to display their vast display of panic politics. It's starting to become a pattern. "I'm not a scientist...so allow me to just make some shit up...but it's ok...because I'm not a scientist".

 

And for those people who are calling for an Ebola czar....they should stick their fingers in a door jam and slam the door. Ignoring the irony of the people who complained the loudest about Czars in the first place...We already have the position of Ebola Czar...it's called the Surgeon General...anyone have any idea why their isn't a Surgeon General at the moment? Give you a hint...filibuster and the NRA.

The CDC should have been on hand ground zero the moment we had the first case here.  If we would have just kept everyone who worked with him for 21 days, (they are health care workers and would be paid) then there is no way it could have spread.

 

There was no protocol, no nothing. 

 

As we speak a cruise ship is being brought back to shore because another person who "might" have handled some of patient zero's waste is on it.
