This is amazing to me how someone once in MLB (granted briefly and poorly) cant perform better than that in a independant league.

I wonder how he would do in a beer league?

 

He could probably bump his average up to at least .150.

Checked for you. They list a manager, pitching coach and another guy who is listed only as "coach". The manager is Gary Gaetti. Gaetti is called "the first manager in franchise history", which makes me wonder what kind of setup they were using before.

 

 

For those who are interested, the Skeeters are hosting the 2014 Atlantic League All Star Game at Constellation Field on July 16. And don't forget, you can still get a Roger Clemens Skeeters jersey in the team shop.
