Funny Bill Macdonald Story From The Game Tonight

Before the game I was waiting to meet my friends in front of the Angels Live set and Bill Macdonald walks up, in street clothes.  I said hey to him, he said hey back, then he turned to Jose Mota and yelled 'YOU GUYS SUCK!' and then proceeded to ask about his free ticket.  I saw him get food during the game too.  Pretty funny guy.

Bill MacDonald creeps me out.  That fake bake tan is ridiculous and his announcing is horrendous.  The guy screams used car salesman.  The picture above this, does nothing to improve my perception of him.

what's the deal with Billy Mac -- I guess he's no longer on the Halos pre and post game stuff and I guess with the Lakers lousy team and no over the air TV, he's not been doing that either??

 

I mean, the guy after being everywhere (Angels, Lakers etc.) just sort of disappeared from view on TV (not that that's a bad thing).

 

but I must have missed the story on whatever happened with him and the Angels pre and post game stuff (he even did some announcing during games once in a while when someone was gone or something)........

I never liked his work as an announcer but met him during the 2002 run. He is as legit of a Halo fan as there is. He is also a really nice guy so I am now a Billy Mac fan.
