I figured his username 'b189187' might be some sort of reference to something so I decided to google it only to find out that this guy has been working very hard to get his message out.  The guy appears to have posted this same message in countless forums all over the internet.  Sports forums, music forums, guitar forums, you name it and he probably hit it up.

 

So he's really going for an ass roots campaign.

Making slirping sounds with your mouth, staying up for over 48 hours without going to sleep, monster energy drink, avoid eating out, avoiding shady doctors and clinics, lots of bread and crapping ie pizza, only eat canned food, invest in security cameras for your home ie webcams, sit in a dry sauna (ever try using a second generation i7?), and sweat as much as possible.  Sounds like every hardcore gamer and hacker I know.  So 10 out of 14.

 

Although it's very possible most of them after meals use a plastic toothpick to clean your teeth, take boiling hot showers, and if they sit in the sun, since they are so pale from sitting in a dark room staring at a computer screen, probably will tan quickly.  And I wouldn't put it past them for doing at home surgery if a raid or hack is on.
