| Hey Hudders, welcome. The Angels made the determination that 6 announcers were too many and Phys and Hud were kicked out. We will now have Rory and Gubi on TV all of the time and Terry Smith and Jose on the radio side.

Location: moorpark, ca | Wow, this is worse than letting Nolan Ryan go. Hud seemed to be the life blood of the broadcast booth. Never will we see anyone match the Hud's enthusiasm, energy, and love of the game. Rex Hudler is a one of a kind personality, and this Angel fan would like to thank him for countless hours of listening entertainment. Big business can be a funny thing. love ya Hud. Phys was great too, if I had to choose between the two TV teams, I would have done the opposite. Thanks for the welcome, and update AIR. I can see what mean about this forum being addictive, I see myself spending more time than I should here. Can't wait for 2010, it's our turn again... |

Location: San Diego | Great to finally introduce myself. Big time Angels fan since childhood and now am living in San Diego. Thank goodness I am only a 1.5 hour train ride from the big A because the Padres are unbearable to watch. Look forward to some fun!  |

Lived much of my life in Chino Hills -- been a fan as long as i can remember -- my aunt was at one time the president of the booster club during the 80's and as a result my brother and I were able to do some pretty life altering things...at least when you're a kid.
I now live in Portland; but spent time in Boston (where I lived a stones throw from Fenway. favorite memory, and quite possibly scariest, was when vlad hit that grand-slam in the '04 playoffs. I was sitting in Uno, in kenmore square, and instinctually raised my arms in excitement only to realize that in a bar quite literally filled to the gills with sox fans, I was the lone angels fan. Unfortunately Ortiz made it safe for me to leave and even afforded some sox fans the opportunity to buy me a beer or two. Oh but what a hit!)
As well, I used to be a regular on espn's angels board until about two or three years ago...nice to be back in the thick of Angels convo. |

| What's up guys my name is Ryan and I'm 19 years old. Ive been an Angels fan all my life and have been going to Angels games since I was a little kid, I really had no choice other to be an Angels fan cause my dad has been a fan his whole life and had season tickets back in the 70's. Favorite Angels moment has got to be the Spezio HR and of course winning the WS. I hate every sports team from NY and Bos. Look forward to talking some Angels baseball with you guys.

My name is Chris and I am a long time (long time being since 1984 since I am 33) and die hard Angels fan. Stoked to find this forum to talk baseball since I cant ever really get it out of my mind. Im looking forward to the start of spring training, and though it looks like the Halos arent going to be quite the team they were last year, I still think they have their division (I really worked hard on not putting "we" in there instead of "they" hahaha). I might be in the minority but I believe the Angels are making the right moves in cutting ties with Guerrero, letting Lackey sign elsewhere, and picking up Matsui to replace him. I cant totally side with Regans on letting Figgins go, but I can understand it in the big picture I guess. The Angels look like they are willing to compete with what they have (barring they pick up another starter someplace) this year and go big in next year's free agent market that is loaded with SP.
Anyway.. Just wanted to say hi and glad there is a forum like this for Halo fans. Go Halos! |

| Happy Halo Day to everyone here. My name is Duane, just signed up here. I don't post too often, but I'll be around. Some of you have probably seen me around the stadium or the other Angels events. I usually hang with my kid sister Kristine. We do most of the autograph events, Throwbacks, ESPN Zone stuff. I'm a huge Angels Memorabilia collector. I have room full of great stuff. My main collection is programs. You'll always see me trying to get them autographed at the events. Can't wait for Spring Training. I've missed the last two. The Angels Win FanFest looks awesome.
